NO. 4 | IT COULD BE "WONDERFUL EVERYDAY"
A quick look inside the film process, for those of you who have been wondering.
I'm still very filled with the shooting process. My DP Edison Peterson and I have had very limited time between the two of us between his job, my studio and school in general. None the less I still have been able to find time for the both of us to be synonymous. For those of you keeping count, The piece I released new years eve counts as 2/12 of the tracks, I have finished 2/4 of the interludes and will be starting the 3rd interlude after this weekend. This past weekend, I tackled another actual choreographed piece, that's a group piece, that's all girls. WOOOOO! This new piece will always be very special to me because of the professionalism and incredible work ethic that was put into this. In an overall time frame of 5 and a half hours my very dedicated dancers learned this choreography, I staged and cleaned it and taught new choreo from scratch in some aspects. Our weekend looked like this,
Friday: 7:30-10:30 rehearsal Sunday: 10:00-12:30 final rehearsal, 1:00-4:00 Shooting. In some cases our time was very limited and I was a bit frantic on getting this completed because of last minute cancellation problems and things like that. Luckily, I was able to count on these 5 (and Danny) to bring their best A-Game and make this the best it can possibly be. To Alyssa, Kristen, Brooke, Sheridan and Naijha. I'm very thankful to know you and I'm more thankful of the work you put it in with me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
